Shooting Game Builder is a game-building tool in its Beta stage. It was developed by SB, which I haven't found much info of. So I don't know if it's only one person or a group of people. I have to look into it more deeply, but my lack of time and low Japanese skills are a problem.

The download is 14.6MB. Oddly, I haven't managed to make it work yet. As soon as I get more details or get to test it. I will update this. If anyone is able to make it work, you can write your impressions on the program and send them to me and I'll put them up here.

Well, I think it's in japanese. I cannot download it but I've seen some screenshots. Maybe an English version might be good. I'm using other game engines anyway! ;)

Yes, it's in Japanese, in the end I managed to make it work days later. You can check the results here And I totally agree! An English version would really be awesome.
