Game by HIZ, which also developed Torus Trooper Pure. Its fusing two games to make one, shmups and tetris.

The game plays like your basic shmup, enemies come down and your have to destroy them and avoid their bullets. You can only remain at ground level and every time you kill an enemy, it turn into a tetris block (which falls down and kill you if it lands on top of you). You can choose to go over them or just destroy them by holding the shoot button till your blog glows and releases a bomb. It's quite an unique gameplay that fores you to think differently.
